PRE-ARRIVAL. Your room number and personalized 4-digit entrance code will be emailed to the address you booked your reservation with 1 day prior to arrival. It will also be texted to you the morning of arrival. If you booked through Booking.com or AirBnb.com, please check your message center or login email address to that site.
ARRIVAL. Check-in begins at 2pm (September through June) or 3pm (July & August) and has no end time. Your room number and entrance code get emailed to you, so you can go straight to your room & enter the code into the keypad on your door & hit Lockstate at the top. There will be no fuss with leaving the kids in the car to check-in, no worry about late arrivals, and no stress of having to find which pocket you left your credit card in—go straight to the room (on the morning of your arrival, your payment will be processed automatically with the card on file). Please note: we do not have public restroom facilities. Please plan to arrive at or after check-in.
CHECK-OUT. Forget stopping at the front desk. Check-out is at 11am— depart and we’ll send you a receipt via email. Late check-out can be arranged based upon availability for the following fees: $30 fee to extend to noon / $50 to extend to 1pm / half the cost of the room to extend to 5pm (based on availability & no one checking into that room on that day)
AMENITIES INCLUDE. A private bath, air-conditioning, telephone, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, flat screen cable television and free WiFi.
COFFEE & TEA BAR. CLOSED Due to COVID-19. Complimentary Black & Brass Coffee & Tea Bar from 8am – 10am in the Gift Shop is currently closed.
BOAT SLIP. Based on availability. Please note: max boat size 20′ v-hull, 24′ pontoon. The slip is at the end of the dock for easy access however, it is rougher out at the end. Please bring at least 1/2 inch ropes and secure your boat accordingly.
ADDITIONAL REQUESTS. Need ideas of where to eat, shop or play? Need a toothbrush? Need additional ice? Stop by the front desk between 9am – 5pm and our staff can help you out.
POLICIES. No Smoking and No Pets (Service Dogs welcome).
CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations must be done 7 days prior to arrival from Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend and Winter Holiday periods. 48 hours prior to check-in for off-season reservations. Cancellations made within the cancellation period will be charged one night plus applicable taxes. NO refunds for early departures. No Shows – charged in full.
